Umingle Banned My Account for Sexual Content I Did Not Share

I have been using the Umingle application for about one month, and on May 31, 2026, my account was suddenly banned. The ban notice stated that it was due to sexual content, but I did not share or engage in any sexual content in the app, and I do not know what concrete behaviour this decision is based on. This situation has made me feel that the ban is unjust and has left me completely in the dark. I access Umingle mainly via the Android website, and my account is linked to the email address “Rioroshan0*****@gmail.com”. After I saw that my account was banned, I contacted Umingle support today via email, but I have not received any response yet. Not being informed and not getting any feedback despite reaching out has been very disappointing. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban applied to my account be removed, and that I be given clear and concrete information about what led to this decision. I want to continue using Umingle, but I would like this unjust ban to be lifted and my account to be reactivated as soon as possible.
