Umingle Ban: Wrongly Flagged Under 18 Despite Being 23

Hello Umingle Support Team, My Umingle account linked to the email address agung_pedro_saz***@teknokrat.ac.id has been banned with the reason “Under 18” by mistake. The Ban ID shown on the screen is ae00587f, and this ban occurred about three days ago. I am currently 23 years old and fully comply with the Umingle community rules. I am ready to provide my official ID card or any other document you may require as proof of my age, so that you can verify that I meet your age requirements. On the ban screen, there is also a payment form requesting Rp39,900 to lift the ban. Since the ban is based on an incorrect assessment of my age, I believe I should not be required to make any payment for reactivation and that a proper age verification should be sufficient. I kindly request that you review my account, verify my age information based on the documents I can provide, cancel the “Under 18” ban associated with Ban ID ae00587f, and restore full access to my Umingle account without any fee being charged.
