Complaint For My Umingle Account Ban
A few hours ago, while trying to use the Umingle website from Indonesia, my account was suddenly banned with the explanation that I am under 18. This information is incorrect, as I am 22 years old and meet the minimum age requirement to use the service. My account was banned before I could even use the platform properly. I have not made any payments or purchased any subscriptions on Umingle, but I still expect my account to be treated fairly and in line with the platform’s own rules. Until now, I have not contacted customer support, and I am writing this complaint to clearly explain the situation. I kindly request that Umingle reviews my age information, allows me to verify that I am 22 years old, and then reactivates my account. I would like to be able to use the Umingle website without being wrongly flagged as underage.
