Umingle Ban Appeal Fails With 404 Error After Video Call Ban

For about two days I have been unfairly banned from Umingle’s videocall service and I cannot even submit an unban appeal properly. During the videocall where this happened, I was not violating any rules. A random user with a disturbing and inappropriate image over their webcam appeared on my screen. I had already been warned about this person’s behavior before, so as soon as I saw them I tried to skip to the next call as fast as I could. However, apparently I was not fast enough and I was immediately banned, even though I did not show or do anything against the guidelines myself. Since then, I have tried three times to submit an unban appeal through your system, but every attempt ends with a 404 error page and my appeal never goes through. Because of this technical problem, I have no official way to explain my situation or defend myself. I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted, since I did not violate the rules, and that my account be fully restored. I also ask that the error causing the 404 page on the unban appeal form be fixed so users like me can properly send appeals when something like this happens again.
