I Can’t Appeal My Umingle Account Ban or Reach Customer Support

I have been using the Umingle website for a few days and recently found that my account was banned without any explanation. I did not receive any information about what rule I supposedly violated, and I could not find any place on the platform where I could appeal this decision or contact support. At the moment, I have been banned for two days, and I feel helpless because there is no clear communication channel or appeal system for users who may have been banned by mistake. A platform that bans users should at least offer a transparent process to review such decisions. I request that Umingle provide an option for users to appeal bans that they believe are unfair or made in error, and that a clear contact or support channel be made available for these situations.
