Umingle Account Suddenly Banned Without Warning or Explanation

I have been using my Umingle app account and today I suddenly discovered that my account has been banned without any prior warning or clear explanation. When I tried to access my account, I was only informed that I was banned, but no specific reason was provided. I have not been given an opportunity to understand what rule I allegedly violated, nor to defend myself. I believe this ban may have been applied in error, as I am not aware of any action on my part that would justify such a measure. I kindly request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed and unbanned. If there is any specific reason or allegation behind this decision, I also ask that it be clearly explained to me so that I can respond or correct any misunderstanding. I expect my access to be restored as soon as possible so I can continue using the service.
