Umingle Ban Appeal

I have an account on uMingle and it has just been banned with the explanation “gender searching”. I was not aware that typing the letter “m” was considered a violation of the rules, and I did not intend to break any community guidelines. Right before the ban, I simply used the letter “m” without knowing this was not allowed, and then I immediately received the ban message stating “gender searching”. I could not find any direct support contact or help section that would allow me to explain this situation or appeal the decision. I kindly request that my uMingle account be unbanned and that my case be reviewed, as this was an unintentional mistake caused by not knowing that using the letter “m” was forbidden. I would like to continue using the app in accordance with the rules and ask for this ban to be lifted.
