Umingle Banned My Account After I Accidentally Sent "m?"

24

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned on July 4, 2026 while I was using the service on my iPad through the Safari browser. The stated reason for the ban is “gender searching” but this does not reflect what actually happened. Just before the ban, I accidentally sent a message that only said “m?”. I had meant to erase that message but mistakenly clicked the send button instead. I was not trying to search for or filter people by gender, nor was I intentionally violating any platform rules. It appears that this single mistaken message was interpreted as gender searching and led directly to my account being banned. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, considering that the message was sent by mistake and did not reflect an intention to break the rules. I would like my account to be unbanned so that I can continue using Umingle in line with your community guidelines.
