Umingle App Demands ₹99 Fee to Lift Underage Ban

I would like to report a suspicious mobile application / website that appears to be a betting or gaming platform. Recently, when I tried to access my account, a warning screen appeared saying “You are banned” and showing “Ban ID: fef56f97” with the stated reason “Under 18 (18 yaş altı)”. On the same screen, the app/page offered an “Instant Unban: ₹99” option, asking me to pay money to remove the ban. I cannot and do not want to pay this amount. I find it very concerning and suspicious that they are asking for a payment in rupees just to lift a ban, especially when they claim the reason is being under 18. I suspect that this platform may be operating illegally and possibly targeting users in a deceptive way, either as an unlicensed betting site or as a scam application. I am sharing this situation so that the necessary investigation can be carried out and, if there is any illegal activity, the responsible persons can be identified and prevented from victimizing more people. I request that this matter be examined by the relevant authorities and that I be informed about any steps I should take to protect myself.
