Umingle Account Banned For “Under 18” And Asked To Pay ₹99 For Unban
My Umingle account linked to the number 9500865*** was banned a few days ago. When I try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message with Ban ID 755f4ed9, and the reason is shown as “Under 18”. Along with this, the site offers an “Instant Unban” option for 99 ₹. I was only talking with a stranger and did not violate any rules to my knowledge, and I do not accept being permanently banned under these conditions. I also find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay money to remove this ban. I kindly request that my account be fully unbanned without any payment requirement and that my access to Umingle be restored as soon as possible, or that I am given a clear and detailed explanation for this ban.
