I Got Umingle Age Restricted When I Shouldn't Have

I am writing regarding an age restriction placed on my access to the Umingle website. I was using Umingle through a web browser in the USA, without logging in to an account, and I suddenly received the message: “Your age verification was not approved. If you think this is a mistake, please email [email protected] with reference ID: e4fdc57a.” This happened on 06/20/2026 at around 1:30 AM, shortly after someone in chat told me to type “m12.” Since then, I have been age restricted from the entire site and cannot use Umingle at all. I had previously verified my age on Umingle, so I do not understand why my age verification is now being rejected. I followed the instructions in the message and tried to email [email protected] using the reference ID e4fdc57a, but the email address is reported as invalid, so I have no way to contact support through the method Umingle provided. I request that Umingle review this situation, correctly verify my age, and restore my access to the site as soon as possible. I also ask that the company provide a valid contact address or alternative way to reach support, since the address given in the error message does not work.
