Umingle Account Was Banned - I Need To Get It Back

My Umingle account with the ID/username “9ca0a***” was banned yesterday without any clear reason or prior warning. Before the ban, I was experiencing a problem where the other person could not hear my sound during a conversation, so I sent a message about this. Shortly after, my account was banned. I have not received any explanation from Umingle about why my account was banned, and I have not contacted support yet because I do not know which rule I am supposed to have violated. I believe this is a mistake and that my account was banned unfairly while I was only trying to solve a technical issue. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed urgently and unbanned, and that I be informed if there is any specific reason or rule violation claimed against my account.
