Umingle Account Banned Despite Not Doing Anything Wrong

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned today while I was using the service via the web browser. I was simply talking with people in chat and, right after I typed a message, my account was instantly banned without any prior warning or clear reason. No explanation or notification was shown on the screen about why the ban was applied, and I did not receive any information about a supposed violation of rules or community guidelines. I believe this ban was applied by mistake and that my account was wrongly restricted. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed of the specific reason for this ban if there is one, and that my access be restored if no clear violation can be found. I expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue to use my account.
