My Umingle Account Suddenly Banned For No Reason

I had been using my main account on Umingle.com without any issues when my account was suddenly banned for no clear reason. There was no prior warning, no explanation of any alleged violation, and I simply found myself unable to access my account. This unexplained ban has left me confused, as I am not aware of any action on my part that would justify such a measure. I have not yet been able to resolve this through any support channel because I did not receive any clear guidance on what happened or how to appeal.
