I Want Umingle to Restore My Account After an Unclear Ban

My Umingle main account was suddenly banned on the 21st and remains banned to this day, and I was not given any clear explanation about the reason. When I tried to log in, I only saw a ban message on the screen and no detailed information about what policy I allegedly violated. Before this ban, I had not received any warning, notification, or prior message from Umingle stating that I had broken any rules. I also have not been contacted recently regarding any investigation or similar issue that could justify this action. I request that my account be reviewed in detail and that my Umingle account be unbanned if this ban was made in error.
