Umingle Banned My Account Due to an Incorrect Age Check
I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned yesterday even though I have only been using the platform to chat. When I tried to access my account, I received a message stating that I was under 18 years old, although I am already over 18. This situation is unfair to me because the information is not correct and I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. I have not yet contacted customer support, but I want this issue to be reviewed carefully. I kindly request that my age be rechecked based on the correct information and that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible so I can continue using the service.
