My Umingle Account Was Banned Over Age Error Despite Being Adult

I created an account on the Umingle website using my personal email address and accessed the platform from the Philippines. At the end of May, my account was suddenly banned with the explanation that it was related to my age, even though I am already of legal age to use the service. Since then, I have not been able to access my account through the website. I have not yet been able to reach Umingle support because I do not know their contact email or the correct way to contact them. I believe there has been a mistake in the age assessment of my account and that my profile was banned unfairly. I kindly request that my age information be rechecked and corrected if there is an error, and that my account be unbanned and my access to the Umingle website be fully restored if I meet the age requirements as I state. I also request an explanation of why the ban was applied so that I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issue in the future.
