Umingle Restricted My Account Due to Incorrect Age Information
My Umingle account linked to the email address masterp*****@gmail.com was banned about a week ago, with the explanation that I am not 18, even though I am actually 18 years old. I did not violate any rules or behave inappropriately on the platform, so I believe this ban is a mistake related to my age. Up to now, I have not been able to use my account since the ban, and I have not contacted support before this complaint. I want my account to be reviewed again and my age to be verified correctly, and if there is no other violation, I request that my Umingle account be unbanned so that I can continue using the service.
