I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address hafizku.l***@gmail.com which was suddenly banned for allegedly being underage. On 7 May, as soon as I logged into the app, I received an in‑app notification that my account had been banned, without any prior warning or opportunity to verify my age. I am not underage and I believe this ban was applied in error. I would like my account to be reviewed and the ban to be lifted. If age verification is needed, I am fully prepared to provide my identification or any other necessary documents so that you can confirm my age and reactivate my account. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and that my account be restored as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear explanation of the decision if there is any other issue.
