Umingle Account Suspended for Gender Searching – Help

I have been using the Umingle platform and my account was banned 5 days ago with a claim that I was doing gender searching. I am not using the app in this way and I believe this ban is a mistake. After the ban, I tried to contact Umingle support but I have not received any response so far, which makes the situation even more frustrating because I cannot understand the exact reason for the ban or defend myself. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed as soon as possible, the ban be removed today, and my access be restored, since I did not violate the rules in the way claimed. I would like to be informed clearly about the result after the review.
