My Umingle web platform account was banned on June 21 with a notice related to “gender” and I have not been able to access it since then. The ban message did not clearly explain what specific rule I allegedly violated, and I believe this decision may have been taken in error or without a proper review of my situation. After seeing that my account was banned, I contacted Umingle through in-app support to understand the reason and to resolve the issue. Despite this, my account remains inaccessible and I have not received a clear, satisfactory explanation about the exact reason for the ban or the evaluation process. I kindly request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed in detail and that I be given a clear explanation of the specific reason for this action. If there has been a misunderstanding or mistake, I want my account to be reactivated and my access to the Umingle web platform to be restored.
