Umingle Account Banned For Gender Searching | Request Recovery

I have been using Umingle via its mobile site and on 11 July 2026 my account was suddenly banned. The ban screen shows the reason as “Gender Searching”, but I have never engaged in gender searching or any similar behavior that would justify this penalty. I have now been banned for almost a week and I cannot access my account or use the service. I contacted Umingle support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the unjust ban be removed, and my access to the Umingle mobile site be restored as soon as possible.
