Umingle Mass Report Ban In Minutes

I am writing regarding serious problems I have experienced with Umingle’s web platform, particularly the way its mass report ban system works and the lack of effective moderation on the site. On 04/16/2026, I was banned on the web version of Umingle within about 5–10 minutes of being on the site, purely because of what appears to be mass reporting by other users. This is not the first time this kind of situation has occurred on the platform, and it makes the site feel unstable and unsafe to use, since anyone can be mass reported and banned within minutes for no valid reason. On top of that, the system that asks people to pay for an unban, only for them to risk getting banned again for the same kind of unfair, report-based reason, feels extremely unreasonable and exploitative. At the same time, I regularly see clear signs that there are minors using the site despite the supposed 18+ requirement, yet the moderation system does not seem to detect or flag these accounts. As a result, users who follow the rules are punished quickly through mass reports and instant bans, while a much more serious issue like underage users appears to go unaddressed. I have not been able to find any direct way to contact Umingle support or submit a proper appeal, which leaves users stuck with unfair bans and no clear channel to resolve them. My main expectation from Umingle is that you remove mass report bans entirely and replace them with a fairer, evidence-based moderation process, and that you significantly improve your moderation and age verification systems so that underage users are properly filtered out while legitimate adult users are not instantly banned based on mass reporting alone.
