Umingle Account Permanently Banned Without Reason

My Umingle account, which is a free membership, has been permanently banned without any explanation. Today, I suddenly lost access to my account and saw that it was marked as permanently banned, but I was not provided with any clear reason or information about which rule I allegedly violated. I have tried to reach Uhmingle support, but I have not received any response so far and I have not been given any opportunity to understand the reason for this situation or to defend myself. This is very upsetting and unfair for me because I do not know what I supposedly did wrong and I have not been informed about any concrete violation. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and reactivated without requiring any additional payment, since I have not been informed of any justified reason for a permanent ban. In addition, I expect to be clearly informed about what caused this situation and, if there is any specific issue, to be given the chance to explain and clarify it.
