Umingle Account Banned for VPN Detected Despite Not Using a VPN

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned on 13 September 2026 with the reason stated as “VPN Detected”. I do not use any VPN or proxy when accessing Umingle, yet my access was blocked and I cannot use my account. Currently, I do not see any option or contact channel on the Umingle platform to explain my situation or ask for a review, so I am unable to resolve this directly with you. I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted, as I am not using a VPN and believe this is a mistake. I kindly ask you to restore my account access as soon as possible.
