Umingle.com Account Banned Without Reason: Restore Access

I have been using the services of Umingle.com and on 11-07-2026 my account was suddenly banned even though I did not commit any violation. I did not receive any email or notification in the application that clearly explained the reason for this ban, so I do not know what accusation or rule is being used as the basis. This situation has seriously disrupted my use of the platform because I can no longer access my account and the services I previously used. I request that my account be reviewed carefully, that I be informed transparently if there is a specific reason, and that if there is no clear and valid violation, the ban on my account be lifted and my access restored.
