Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 and Unban Fee Required
Yesterday my Umingle account on the website was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, a screen appears saying that my account is banned, showing Ban ID 319c9acc and the reason as “Under 18”. On the same page, Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option in exchange for 39,900 Rp. I believe this situation is unfair because my account was banned only because I stated my age incorrectly, and instead of offering a clear way to correct my information, the platform is asking me to pay to remove the ban. I want my account to be unblocked, my age information to be corrected based on my real information, and this to be done without any additional payment.
