I am writing regarding the blocking of my Umingle account with the username “f29ca715”. On 16 August 2026, my account was banned with the stated reason that I am under 18 years old. This information is not correct, because I am already 21 years old. According to my official ID (KTP), I was born in 2005 and I am of legal age to use the platform. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that this decision be reviewed based on my real age information, which I am ready to prove with my ID document. I would like to continue using my Umingle account normally.
