Umingle Banned My Account by Mistakenly Marking Me as Under 18

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned around yesterday on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I was born in 2005 and I am currently 21 years old. The ban appears to be based on an incorrect assessment of my age. Because of this mistake, I have lost access to my account and the services I was actively using. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through support and would like this situation to be reviewed. I kindly request that my date of birth information be corrected based on my actual birth year, 2005, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if Umingle could update my age correctly in their system and remove the ban applied by mistake.
