Umingle Account Banned Despite Being Over 18

I have been using my Umingle account on the website through my computer browser for a couple of months without any issues. On August 26th, around midnight, my account was suddenly banned with the claim that I am under 18. I am in fact over 18, and I submitted my ID showing my correct birth year for age verification. Despite this, Umingle declined my ID and still treated me as if I am underage, and my account remained banned. I was given no clear explanation beyond being told I was under 18, which is simply not true according to my official ID. I request that my ID and age verification be reviewed correctly, my account ban be lifted, and my access to Umingle be restored as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and justified explanation if there is any other reason for this ban.
