Umingle Wrongly Banned My Web Account for Being Underage

I have been using Umingle through the web version on both my phone and my laptop, and around May 10th my account was suddenly banned. The reason stated was that I am under 18, but this is not true and I would like this to be reviewed. I always tried to follow Umingle’s rules and community guidelines, and I do not use dirty or offensive words on the platform. I do not remember receiving any prior warning or request to verify my age, and since I use the web version, I was not asked for any registration or ID verification before this ban. My ban ID is 6d283***. I kindly request that my account ban be reviewed and lifted, and that I be given a chance to verify my age through a suitable method if necessary. I would like to continue using Umingle without being unfairly considered underage when I am not.
