Unreasonable Ban From Umingle

I recently received a ban on my Umingle website account on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am in fact 18 years old. This ban occurred about 15 minutes ago, and since then I have been unable to access my account. Right after the ban, I contacted Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. I am fully willing to prove my age and can provide my driver’s licence or any other required identification to verify that I meet the age requirement. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, based on proper age verification. I would like this incorrect underage classification to be corrected so that I can continue using the platform without further issues.
