Unfair Underage-ban Tagging On Umingle

I have been using the Umingle website normally, but recently I was suddenly banned with the notice that I am under 18 years old, even though I am already 18. I did not receive any prior warning or explanation; one day I was simply using the website as usual and the next time I checked, there was a ban banner on my account stating that I am underage. My ban ID is aceb4e67. There is no in‑app customer service option on Umingle, so I have not been able to reach any support channel to clarify this mistake or verify my age. I believe this ban is unjustified, as I meet the age requirement. I kindly request that my ban with ID aceb4e67 be reviewed and lifted, and that my access to the Umingle website be restored, since I am already 18 years old and eligible to use the service.
