Umingle Account Banned as Under 18 With Paid Unban Request

Through this complaint I would like to report a problem I experienced with my Umingle account on the website. Around 12 a.m., when I tried to log in, a warning appeared stating that my account had been banned because I was under 18 years old. On that page there was also a paid option asking me to make a payment in order to remove the ban. I am actually already over 18 years old and meet the minimum age requirement to use the service, so the ban and the request for payment to unblock my account are not acceptable to me. I request that my Umingle website account be unbanned without any payment and that full access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
