Umingle Banned Account. Reason: Under 18 although I am 23 years old

Today I was suddenly banned from the Umingle website on the grounds that I am under 18, although I am 23 years old. On the screen I see a message stating that I am banned with Ban ID 2fd93778 and that the reason is “Under 18”, and it even asks me to make a payment to open an account. I am over 18 and meet the age requirement, so I find this ban unfair and the request for payment unacceptable. I kindly request that my account associated with Ban ID 2fd93778 be urgently reviewed, my age information be checked correctly and my account be reactivated without any payment being requested from me.
