Umingle Asked Me to Pay $10 to Remove an Incorrect Underage Ban


I am writing to report an unjust ban on my Umingle account, which I access via a web browser on my computer. On 13 June 2026, while I was using the platform, a message suddenly appeared on my screen stating that I was banned for being under age and that I would need to pay ten dollars to be unbanned. I am 18 years old, so the stated reason for this ban is incorrect. I have not made any payment and, since this message appeared, I have not been able to use the service at all. I have also not yet been able to reach support through any other channel to object to this decision and clarify my age information. I request that my situation be urgently reviewed, that my age status be correctly taken into account, and that the ban on my access to Umingle be removed as soon as possible without any charge.
