Umingle Complaint About Being Underage

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has just been banned on the grounds that I am underage, even though I am already 18 years old. The ban message stated that my account was restricted because I was under age, which is not correct in my case. After the ban, I contacted Umingle support and was informed that I would need to make a payment, which I find unfair and unrelated to verifying my age. I am able to prove that I am of legal age by providing my official ID card as proof of identity. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that my ID card be accepted as proof that I am 18 so my access can be fully restored.
