Unban Request For Mistakenly Typing Wrong Age - Umingle

I have been using the Umingle website and I was suddenly banned last week without any explanation or prior warning. I did not receive any email or on‑screen notice that clearly stated the reason for this ban. The only thing I can think of is that I mistakenly entered my age incorrectly on the site. Instead of typing 19, I accidentally typed 17. I believe this may have triggered the ban, but I was not informed or given any chance to correct the information. I did not have any paid subscription or make any payments on the platform. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed and that Umingle considers lifting the ban on my account, or at least allows me to correct my age information. I would like my account to be re‑evaluated and to receive a clear explanation regarding the decision taken about my profile.
