Umingle Accidental Underage Mess Up

My Umingle account was blocked after my age verification was denied. During the verification process I submitted my driver’s license as requested, but despite this, the system showed an “Age Verification Denied” message with the reference code 572702f1. I could not see any clear explanation for why my age verification was rejected even though I provided a valid ID. This situation prevents me from accessing and using my account and I have not been given any guidance on how to resolve it. I request that my age verification be reviewed again, my account be unlocked as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed of the reason for the initial denial.
