Umingle ID Validation Is Incorrect

I am 19 years old and was trying to verify my age on Umingle using my ID. During the age verification process, I was asked to show my ID, which I did, but the system responded with an “Age Verification Denied / Your age verification was not approved” message and marked my ID as not valid. Right after this, I was blocked from using Umingle and can no longer access my account. This happened a few minutes ago on my Dell Chromebook. The error screen also shows my reference ID as c526ec62. I tried to contact your support team about this problem but have not been able to resolve it. I request that my age verification be manually reviewed based on my valid ID, that my account access be restored, and that the “not valid” decision linked to reference ID c526ec62 be corrected as soon as possible.
