Retrieval Of My Banned Umingle Account

I am an Umingle user with the account registered to the email address flord***[email protected] here is my Ban ID 41a72660. Today my account was suddenly banned with the message “you are banned, under 18”. I am not underage. I turned 18 on 28 May 2008 and I have a valid ID that clearly proves my date of birth and that I am over 18. Despite this, my account has been restricted as if I were underage, and I can no longer use the platform. I request that my account be reviewed, that you allow me to submit my ID for age verification, and that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible if there is no other violation.
