I am an Umingle user, and my account registered with the email address i******@gmail.com was banned today on the grounds that I am under 18 years old. However, according to my official identity document, my date of birth is 10-11-2006, which means that I am already over 18 years of age and fully meet Umingle's minimum age requirement. I believe that my account was banned due to an incorrect age assessment or verification error. I kindly request that my age be verified again based on my official date of birth and that the ban on my Umingle account be removed as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my account and continue using the service.
