Remove The Umingle Ban

I am an active user of the Umingle application in India and my account was suddenly banned from messaging about one day ago. After this ban, the app stated that the reason was “gender searching”. I have never engaged in this behavior and I believe that this ban was applied to my account by mistake. Because of this, I currently cannot send messages and properly use the app. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the incorrect “gender searching” flag be removed if confirmed to be a mistake, and my messaging ban be lifted as soon as possible so I can continue using Umingle normally.
