Ban On Umingle Gender Searching

I have been using the Umingle mobile app, which I downloaded from Google Play in India, and my account was banned from using the gender search feature about three days ago. I do not understand the reason for this restriction, and I have not received any warning or clear explanation inside the app. Because of this ban, I cannot use the app as intended and it is significantly limiting my experience. I would like my account’s gender search ban to be removed and my access to this feature to be fully restored. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that I be informed of the reason for this restriction if there is one, and that the ban on gender searching be lifted so I can continue using the app normally.
