Umingle Banned Me Out Of Nowhere Just For Talking About Languages

I am writing regarding the wrongful ban of my account on the Umingle website, which occurred today. When I attempted to use the platform, I was informed that my account had been banned due to “inappropriate messages”.  This decision is completely unfair because I did not send any inappropriate messages. I was simply talking about learning different languages, and my messages were within normal, respectful conversation limits. I believe there has been a serious misunderstanding or an error in the review of my account. I do not know how to contact Umingle support directly, so I am using this channel to request help. I kindly ask Umingle to review my chat history in detail and verify that my messages were only about language learning and did not violate the rules. Following this review, I request that the ban on my account be lifted immediately and that my access to the website be fully restored. I expect a clear explanation after your review so that I can understand how this misunderstanding occurred and to avoid similar issues in the future.
