Please Recover My Umingle Account
On 7 September 2026 my Umingle account was banned with the reason “Under 18.” I am from Indonesia and I am currently 18 years old. When the ban happened, I was chatting with someone I had just met on Umingle. That person told me to type something, and I did not think it was serious or real, so I typed it anyway. Right after that, my account was banned. When I contacted support, they only stated that I was under 18, without giving me any further explanation or a proper review of what actually happened. On the ban screen there is also a Ban ID and an option for “Instant Unban” with a payment amount, which makes me feel like I am being forced to pay instead of having my situation fairly checked. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that my ban be lifted without any payment, as I am 18 now and want to continue using the platform properly. I would appreciate it if you could re‑evaluate my case and inform me clearly of the result.
