On 31 May 2026, my account was suddenly banned with the reason given as “under 18,” which is completely incorrect, as I am 21 years old. I have never been asked to verify my age or identity on Umingle and there is no appeal option or visible support contact within the app or website to correct this mistake. I also have not made any purchases or payments on the platform, so my use has been entirely standard and within normal rules. I am using Umingle from Indonesia and I request an immediate review of my account and the removal of this ban, as it is based on an inaccurate age assessment. I would like my account to be restored as soon as possible, and I also ask that you provide a clear way for users to appeal such decisions and contact support in similar situations.
