I am writing to report that my Uminngle account was suddenly blocked on May 11, 2026, with the explanation that I am under 18 years old.
This information is completely incorrect because I am already over 18 years old and fully meet the age requirements to use the platform. I access Uminngle from Indonesia and normally use the service on a tablet device.
The block happened unexpectedly at the exact moment I started a chat session. Before the restriction was applied, I did not receive any warning, notification, or request for additional age verification or identity confirmation.
Since the ban occurred, I have been completely unable to access my account or continue using the platform. I have also not yet been able to contact customer service regarding this issue.
I kindly request that Uminngle carefully review my account and remove the incorrect restriction, because I fully satisfy the required age conditions for using the service. If necessary, I am fully prepared to provide official proof of age or any other information required to confirm my eligibility and restore access to my account.
