Incorrect Age Restriction Ban (Age 19)

I tried to access the Umingle website for the first time today on my phone, but as soon as I opened it I was met with a “You are banned” message. I had never used the site before, so I was very surprised to see that I was already banned. On the screen it says that the reason for the ban is “Under 18”. However, I am already 19 years old, so this information is incorrect and the ban is unjustified for my situation. I request that my account or access related to my device be checked again and that this ban be removed as soon as possible so that I can use the site normally.
