I am writing about an unfair ban that was placed on my Umingle account today due to an alleged age issue. When I tried to access my account, I saw a message saying that I am banned for being “under 18” and that I need to pay 29.99 QAR to have my account unbanned. I am 26 years old, so the reason given for this ban is clearly incorrect. Being asked to pay 29.99 QAR to remove a ban that is based on false age information is unacceptable, and it feels like an unjust attempt to charge me for something that is not my fault. I am accessing Umingle from Qatar, and I request that my account be unbanned immediately without any payment, and that this age-related restriction be removed from my account. I also expect you to correct whatever error caused my age to be misclassified and to ensure this does not happen again.
